Count down to reopen Halo!

It certainly feels like a very long time ago since we had to close the door to our wonderful customers.

Hopefully by now you are looking forward to your long awaited haircuts. We look forward to seeing the wacky creations you have come up with! Please send us some of your funny lockdown photos for us to post on our notice board!

As you can imagine, we are working incredibly hard preparing for the salon to reopen in the safest way possible for both our customers and staff. This will mean that the way Halo has operated in the past will sadly have to change for the foreseeable future, but we want to assure everyone that we will do everything in our power to ensure your comfort and safety which remains of paramount importance to us.

At the moment we have received little information as to when we are likely to be allowed to reopen, but when we do we will let you know via our website and give further details on the changes we have made and the measures we have put into place. In the meantime, we would like to invite all our customers to send a message via our website requesting interest in having a future appointment, @ www.halo-hair.co.uk. If you do not have access to a computer, simply post your information through our door.

When writing your message please provide us with the following details :- Your name, the exact service that you require, your preferred stylist* and your availability. We will also require a mobile number** in order for us to contact you with an appointment and will check with you 24 hours before your due appointment to ensure you are, and have been symptom free for 7 days. If you do not have a mobile number, please add your landline number.

*It may not always be possible to guarantee your preferred stylist due to safe working restrictions.

**By providing us with your contact details, you are agreeing for this information to be stored and used for the purposes above. We can assure you total costumer confidentiality.

We promise that we will do everything within our power to accommodate everyone as quickly as possible, but as we will be unable to have as many people in the salon as normal, so we ask for flexibility and patience. Appointments will not be allocated until the opening date has been agreed. Hopefully it won’t be too long before we are able to open our doors once again, until then please stay safe and keep in touch.
